Do you travel for sessions?

Yes, I love to travel! There is no travel fee for Northern Rivers locations. For anything out of area please let me know via email and I can send you pricing for a travel fee.

Where should I have my photos taken?

The options are endless! At the beach, in the hills, in your beautiful home…

Newborn sessions are recommended in the comfort of your own house. It is nice not to have to rush if you need to feed or change your baby. I want to make it as relaxed as possible for everyone!

When it comes to outdoor sessions, I will only shoot at golden hour (sunrise or sunset) so that we can get that magical light.

What should I wear?

Not too matchy-matchy and no big logos or prints on t-shirts! Also, please avoid black if you can.

I always feel like simple is better.  Linens, textures, lace, petite pattern and softer pastel tones photograph beautifully. Dresses look lovely because they create a sense of movement. I tend to think neutral more muted colour tones work best but also don't shy away from pops of colour if you like that. Wear clothes you feel good in and that speak to your personality.

I advise you to send me some pics pre-shoot with some outfit choices to make sure they suit the location choice and tone well.

What happens if the weather is not good or if we get sick?

If bad weather hinders an outdoor shoot we will re-book and no fee will be incurred. If you are sick, 24 hour notice is needed for you to reschedule. Please keep in mind weekends can be booked out much further in advance, whilst I usually have a bit more flexibility for mid-week shoots.

What happens after a shoot?

You will receive a little sneak peek within the week, and your full gallery within three weeks of our session together. I deliver all my galleries digitally via email.
